Pricing

Priced by Charge Point Count. Scoped by Integration Complexity.

Emobi tiers are defined by charge point count — the primary unit of network scale. What varies between deployments is integration complexity: hardware vendor count, OCPP versions in field, telematics platforms, utility program requirements. That's why all tiers are contact-for-quote — we scope each deployment before pricing it.

Pricing Approach

EV Integration Pricing Requires a Deployment Scope

A network with 50 stations from one OCPP 1.6J-only vendor is straightforward. A 200-station network with mixed OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1 hardware, three telematics integrations, and an OpenADR utility program is a different scope entirely. Publishing a price list for the first without accounting for the second isn't honest pricing — it's a misleading entry point. We scope first, quote second. A 30-minute call is all it takes.

FAQ

Pricing Questions

Typically within 48 hours of a scoping call. We need to understand your hardware mix, charge point count, integration requirements, and SLA expectations before providing accurate pricing.
Growth and Starter tiers are typically annual agreements. Enterprise tiers are scoped based on deployment complexity — we'll discuss contract structure during the sales process.
Enterprise customers get a named Emobi engineer who owns their integration: OCPP endpoint setup, webhook configuration, telematics connector setup, and ongoing support for hardware additions. Not a ticket queue — a person who knows your hardware stack and can debug your specific OCPP implementation.

Deployment Scope in 30 Minutes, Quote in 48 Hours

Tell us your charge point count, hardware vendors, OCPP versions in field, and what you're currently connecting to. We'll confirm your tier, identify any non-standard integration requirements, and provide a written quote within 48 hours of the call.
